Description:
Two work orders related to Environmental Services were completed for this contract. They were: Noise Barrier Final Design for S.R. 0309, Section 3, Cross Valley Expressway, Luzerne County and Wetlands Mitigation and Design, Wilkes-Barre Blvd. Interchange, S.R. 0309, Section 3, Luzerne County.

Noise Barrier Final Design involved Structure Mounted Light Weight Noise Barrier Systems Evaluation and Recommendation; Public Meeting and Coordination; Noise Barrier Preliminary and Final Design. Noise Barrier Design tasks also included Subsurface Boring, Sampling, and Testing and a Geotechnical Engineering Report.

Wetlands Mitigation and Design involved Wetlands Identification and Delineation of four failed replacement wetlands; Field Investigation; Agency Field View; Wetlands Mitigation Design and Report.
